Ingredients:
- 1lb lean ground beef, veggie crumbles, or black beans
- Sweet potato tots, cauliflower tots, or regular
- 1/2 C. Mason Dixon's Smoke Salsa
- 1 TBS of chili powder
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tbls of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Tomatoes, diced
- Lettuce, shredded
- Red onions, finely diced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Sour Cream (topping, optional)
- Avocadoes, diced (topping, optional)
Directions:
1.) Start baking your tots in the oven following the instructions on the bag. You can also air fry to get a better crisp without all the oil!
2.) While your tots cook, go ahead and cook and drain the beef.
Add all your seasonings with just a splash of water. Simmer in low for 10-15 minutes.
3.) Once cooked, add in Mason Dixon's Smoked Salsa.
4.) Load your beef or beans onto your tots, add toppings, serve and enjoy!
*Suggestion* If you decide to make this with black beans, you may want to add some extra seasoning.
